Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mail accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect electronic mails from one mailbox to another, configure email filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox account you want to redirect e-mails from, then select the destination email mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
